The Teen Suicide Prevention Helpline (TSPL) provides young people ages 12-18 in Illinois with 24/7 confidential, nonjudgemental mental health support, information, and resources. The TSPL can be reached via call and text at 1-888-504-6622 and is also available to families and others reaching out on behalf of a youth.
