Our Impact

The National Runaway Safeline operates the 1-800-RUNAWAY hotline and online crisis services, including live chat, emails and forum at 1800RUNAWAY.org. These free confidential services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Trained volunteers and staff provide non-directive and non-judgmental support to empower young people to create an action plan that ensures their safety and well-being. We make approximately 100,000 connections to help and hope each year.
